Enter AGR Connects RSVP for a chance to win a $500 CAD Tango gift card contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 25, 2022 and ends at 8:00 P.M. on January 12, 2023 (“Contest Period”). Complete rules and regulations are also available by phone at 1-613-748-1918. ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must:
- Be a legal resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence,
- RSVP to AGR Connects: Free Virtual Concert Featuring William Prince & Danny Michel, and
- Provide expressed consent to receive AGR Insurance email communications. The individual may unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe option on the email or by notifying AGR Insurance.
THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, RULE OR REGULATION:
Employees, officers and directors of AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and all of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse) and persons living in the same households as these individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
HOW TO ENTER:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Any eligible person can enter the contest by registering for “AGR Connects: Free Virtual Concert Featuring William Prince & Danny Michel” between December 12, 2022, and January 12, 2023. One entry per email address.
RELEASE:
By submitting a completed entry form to enter the Contest, the winner releases AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, or in connection with, this Contest and the awarding of any Prize, now or in the future. By entering this Contest, the winner consents in writing to the use of their name, city and province where they reside by Sponsor in a format approved by that winner, as well as any audio/video image, statements, and/or photographs in any related publicity and publication without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media and social media now known or hereafter devised, including, but not limited to, the Internet, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, Pinterest, SnapChat and in any publicity or advertising carried out by AGR Insurance Brokers Inc., unless prohibited by law. AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. reserves the right to post or publish any winner’s name, city, or province of residence, photograph, likeness, voice or other statements, as directed by the winner, on its website and/or on the website of AGR Insurance Brokers Inc.’s affiliated companies and/or on the sponsor’s website for advertising and promotional purposes, where lawful, without further compensation to the winner.
By entering in the Contest, the winner agrees to sign a form of declaration confirming compliance with the Contest rules and regulations and agrees to release, indemnify and forever discharge AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and their affiliated companies, directors, trustees, officers, employees, the Prize selection team and any of their parents, affiliates, agents, and contractors, and any advertising and promotional agencies whether for the Contest and/or the Prize, and all their directors, trustees, officers and employees, from any and all action, proceedings, suits, liability, losses, costs, expenses (including legal fees and disbursements), damages, demands and claims of any kind, in respect of anything done by AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. in the performance of their duties hereunder in connection with the Contest and/or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of a Prize or any part of a Prize or any extension to a Prize, including without limitation, but not limiting to, any loss, personal injury, death, disablement, dismemberment, property, home or vehicle damage, or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy that could result from, but not limited to, the awarding or use of any Prize, by signing an Agreement / Release Form as a condition to and in advance of receiving their Prize in favour of AGR Insurance Brokers Inc., and the Prize Sponsor and AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. or any company providing the Prize in this Contest, will not be liable for the use or misuse of the Prize. AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. assume no responsibility for the participation in the Contest or any liability, claims, demands, actions, loss, damage or personal injury that may be sustained by the contestants, the winner and/or the person(s) sharing the winner’s Prize. The provisions of this section shall survive the termination of this Contest and may be relied upon by the parties hereto at any time.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Contest.

THE PRIZE:
The prize of a $500 gift card of your choice will be issued to the winner by email before February 10, 2023.
HOW TO WIN AND CLAIM THE PRIZE:
The organizers hereby declare that the value of the prize offered within this promotion is as follows: One $500 gift card, redeemable through Tango Card. The winner must agree to comply with applicable policies, rules of use and / or restrictions, as described below.
The prize of a $500 Tango Card gift card will be issued to the winner by email before February 10, 2023.
The prize must be accepted as awarded.
The draws will take place on January 17, 2023 at 11:00 am EST. One random draw will be made from all valid entries received for the Contest. When an entrant is selected, such person shall have to answer correctly, and without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question. All decisions of AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers are final and binding.
Each randomly selected entrant will be contacted by telephone, or e-mail. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond after a minimum of three (3) attempts within thirty (30) calendar days of the first attempt at contact, the selected entrant will forfeit the prize and another entrant will be selected in the manner described above.
No responsibility is assumed for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, delivered late or that have insufficient postage.
Before being awarded a prize, the selected entrant will be required to sign a declaration and release form stating that he/she has read, understood and complied with these official contest rules, accept the prize as offered with terms and conditions as included by AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers and releases AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers and its affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents thereof from any and all liability of any kind arising out of the selected entrant’s participation in this Contest and receipt and use of the prize as awarded. If the selected entrant does not respond in the prescribed time, fails to claim the Prize, fails to return the signed declaration and release as required or is otherwise ineligible, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate entrant will be selected in the manner described above. AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers reserves the right to post or publish the winner’s name, city, or province of residence, photograph, likeness, voice or other statements on the AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers’ website for advertising and promotional purposes, where lawful, without further compensation to the winner.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers reserve the right to contact by email (in accordance with CASL) all participants that have opted in to receive information about our insurance products. It is understood that AGR Insurance Brokers and affiliated brokers will contact participants via email or phone to offer an insurance quote. AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers will not share this list with any third party.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers will not be responsible for mail, telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software interruptions or failures of any kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, incomprehensible or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.
AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers extends absolutely no representations or warranties in respect of any prizes and accepts no liability arising in respect of such prizes or in the use thereof.
If for any reason in the opinion of AGR Insurance Brokers, in its sole discretion, the Contest is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including without limitation by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, including without limitation the cancellation of any method of entry or the extension or modification of contest start and end dates. In such circumstances, AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers reserves the right to randomly select a winner from previously received valid entries.
TAX INFORMATION:
All federal, provincial, local, and other taxes on the Prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Any attempt by any individual, whether or not a participant, to damage, destroy, tamper or vandalize the psacinsurance.com website, or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Contest, is a violation of criminal and civil law and AGR Insurance Brokers Inc. and affiliated brokers reserves the right to seek damages and diligently pursue all remedies in this regard against any offending individual or entity to the fullest extent permissible by law.

TERMINATION:
Subject to the jurisdiction of the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in Quebec, Sponsors reserve the right to amend or terminate all or any portion of this Contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.
FOR RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC:
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Regie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Regie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

These are official Contest rules. This Contest is subject to federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. These Contest rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsors.
