Dr. Kate Toth is the Director of Learning and Development at YMCA WorkWell. She has a PhD in Health Psychology, a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and an active research program in mental health in the workplace. She loves talking about how to create healthier workplaces, playing board games with her 9-year-old, and practicing yoga and meditation for her own mental well-being.
